Day at Anamaya starts with a sessions of yoga under certified yoga masters. Organic meals are provided three times a day. They have an option for raw, vegetarian, fresh fish and chicken. The restaurant is opened for public guests only for dinner. It also hosts cooking classes occasionally. Vegetarian dishes are prepared separately from chicken or fish dishes to respect vegetarian guests. The restaurant also takes care of special requests for alterations in the menu of their guests. They are free to include their favorite healthy recipe in the restaurant’s food guide.

Anamaya Resort also offers Yoga Teachers Training/ Certification courses for those who want to become a certified yoga guru. The course comprises of 200 hours of yoga practice, healthy diet, nature excursions and classwork. Students who opt for these courses are accommodated in shared rooms and are supplied with all the course materials. Organic meals are provided thrice daily. The retreat also holds beginner and intermediate classes. You can get a discount of $ 200 if you accompany a friend or acquaintance in the retreat for Yoga Teacher training sessions.
